VP of Communications and Community Engagement, BBB Serving Southeast Florida and the Caribbean

Cinthya Lavin has been at the Better Business Bureau Serving Southeast Florida and the Caribbean since 2016. She serves as the spokesperson for English and Spanish media for BBB, with multiple appearances on NBC, CBS, FOX, ABC, Telemundo and Univision.
Ms. Lavin also works with community organizations to build strategic partnerships that bring awareness about standards of trust and education for small to medium businesses. Ms. Lavin has presented to various community groups on scams, business risk management and customer service strategies. She is passionate about organizations that focus on promoting minority businesses.
Ms. Lavin previously served as a public relations agent for national brands such as Redbull, Pollo Tropical, BurgerFi and Krystal Burgers. During her time representing these brands she was the official Spanish speaking for all media appearances.
