Repairing the World: JDAIM Edition

February 25, 2018 @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Children's Home Society
800 NW 15th St
Miami, FL 33136
Greg Lawrence

Meet for a brief Jewish learning experience, followed by our playing with children at the Children’s Home Society. Feel free to bring an activity, toys, or healthy snack if you like. If you choose to bring a toy/activity, please make sure it has no small parts. However, your presence is presents enough.

This month’s edition will be under the umbrella of Jewish Disability Awareness and Inclusion Month (JDAIM). Our guest speaker will be Natalie Davis, Executive Director of The Social Cog, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization created to address a previously unmet need for independently functioning adults with developmental and learning disabilities. The Social Cog creates connections and community for the participants.

Preregistration Requested. Drop-ins Welcome.
